Fisher 3 on 3 Hockey

Welcome to the 2024 Fisher 3 on 3 Hockey Registration!

This registration session will allow you to sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checking account, Venmo, and\or PayPal information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from Fisher 3 on 3 Hockey.

If you are registering 3 or more skaters in your family this season, you will receive a 20% discount on all applicable children's registration fees (20% off the discounted fee, if applicable), once a minimum of 3 players are registered.  In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" - please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.

***Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.***

If you plan on paying Offline at checkout you need to use a Discount Code "OFFLINE2024".

There are 3 Options to send me Offline Payments:

PayPal – Send PayPal Payment to My jfisher9151@gmail.com Email address as Friends & Family, so you or I don’t pay Extra fees

Check – Mail a check Payable to “Jeremy Fisher” Jeremy Fisher 9151 Bataan Street NE Blaine, MN 55449
